    Default Uh oh!! My Weiffenbach!!

Maybe I had that sucker pulled too taught!!! But I'm going to blame the old stitching, I'm sure its not like it use to be. I was barley pulling on it at all. I guess now I need to find a good shoe cobbler in my area. Should be an easy fix for someone like that. I'm just sad I wont be able to use my Cordovan for a while. Oh well, back to the Bridle strop!!

Yes, Rocky and Bullwinkle, while watching Rocket Ship 7 in the morning and Commander Tom cartoons...then at night, watching Buffalo burn on Channel 7 news....it's 11 o'clock, do you know where your children are?

Man, I was hoping nobody would call me out. I've been eyeing up the leather sewing awl at Leevalley. It's actually pretty cheap too. I just want this thing back in action fast!!

My other excuse is my wife has hit her nesting phase of her pregnancy and the honey do list is big!!!

seeing as how it already has stitching holes in it, it should be a fairly easy sew. Any of the saddlery shop would work too. Depends on the area as to which is easier to find, saddlery or cobbler.

Ray, my friend Martin is spot on. Knowing your impressive talent for making and fixing things, you can repair the strop before the next shave.
