Default Hanging my Modular Paddle Strop on wall

does anybody have any experience with this?

i have a SRD Modular Paddle Strop that I'm looking to hang on the wall in my bathroom right beside my SRD Premium I hanging strop.

it will just be a place to sort of store it out in the open, but also because the 2 strops looks nice together.

i was thinking of drilling a 1/4" deep hole into the end of the handle, and then simply put a screw in the wall and have it stick it 1/4" so the head of the screw rests right inside the hole in the handle.

    anybody have any other ideas?

    I'm open to any suggestions!

    thanks!

I had thought about drilling a hole in the handle and tieing a cord to have a loop to hang from a hook on the wall. Let us know what you end up doing, I may even remember to do mine this weekend.... maybe
The older I get the more I realize how little I actually know.

You could also screw an eye into the end of the handle, with your original idea I would be worried about it falling off of the screw. But I am a bit belt and braces about things sometimes.

I'm with Ed. I screwed an eye screw in the end and used that to attach a leather thong.

The hole may be a pina to find at times. Not the easiest hang in my book. Scratching up the back to feel for it ???

I drilled a hole in mine and tied a loop of 550 cord through it to hang it on the wall. I used a drill bit just a little larger than the cord, can't remember what size. Worked great and looks good.

Or just hang it from a hook by the eye, provided the hook was large enough it should hang nicely

Was a roo thong that was cut off from the leather on the paddle. Looks good and is more versatile as can be hung from handles etc or really just about anything.
