    I'd need a set of instructions with this one but I like it, I think.

    I have purple shag carpet on my walls so I don't have this issue.

    Perplexing problem,Glad the O.P. got it worked out.
    Not a fan of handles or D rings myself but I do like a slight handhold of sorts.

    I added a D-ring to my Kanayama cotton - the extra tab is there to try and remove some harshness for the fingers but it absorbs wall shocks too!! Did you say you had a solution already?
