    Default UK Strop

Hi guys.. I'm leaving the UK soon and thinking of grabbing another strop it's me since they'll be hard to find where I am going.

I currently own 1 Dovo which I am very happy with.

Would like my second strop to preferably be wide (3 inches) and looking for something local/artisan made. My choices are:

    1. The Invisible Edge
    2. The Executive Shaving
    3. Dr. Dittmar or 'fine German leather' un-branded

    You guys try any?

My vote would be for Neil Miller...

    Impeccable craftsmanship and performance!

I've got both an Invisible Edge 3" and one of Neil Miller's. The IE strop does the job. The Neil Miller strop is a work of art.

Neil Miller by a long shot. Get yourself a nice 3 inch shell cordovan leather strop with English linen. Just love mine and it is a joy to look at. Neil is an artisan for sure.

Thanks guys I'm totally sold for the idea. Unfortunately, not sure if Mr. Miller is feeling well lately and not sure if he's currently accepting orders. I leave the UK soon and if can't have it delivered within 2 weeks then I am out of luck :/

I'd either PM him on here or email him through his site the strop shop. He mails internationally.

    ffarouki,

    +++1 on Mr Millers strops

They are superb : truly World Class.

Mr Miller is also a very fine chap

As other posters have said, Mr Miller is convalescing after a recent nasty bout of blood-poisoning.

    Have fun

    Best regards

Both my email and the PM function are working - I do try to answer all my emails, but I get so many spam emails some get overlooked. Besides, I'd rather work than spend my time answering emails! Most of what I have is displayed on the website when I have it, which is not much at the moment as I have been a bit under the weather recently - just got back from one of my interminable visits to the doc's today, as a matter of fact...

Try again by all means, or PM me on this site. I can't promise, but I may be able to help you.

    Regards,
    Neil
