    Default Strops

    Hi everyone I have bought a bison strop from SRD and I am wondering How to maintain it.I usually rub the palm of my hand over it until it heats up then strop the razor.Is there anything else I should do to look after it?

    That should be it really.
    It will last for years and years doing just that.
    Should it go a bit hard or dry, then a tiny amount of neetsfoot oil will be the trick, but that is years ahead as long as you keep rubbing it before each shave!
