Default English Bridal Leather For Modular Strop

So Im using Lynns modular paddle. Just started this week great piece in the arsenal. I'm new so I ruined my first modular panel lol. Anyway, I mastered what was needed to move forward.

This time I opted for the English Bridal Leather. Can anyone tell me the pros to this leather? Is there a difference?

You can have everything, and still not have enough.
I'd give it all up, for just a little more.

English Bridle has a fine surface texture compared to other leather types, makes for a smooth and enjoyable draw.
I usually choose strop leather based on texture and thickness. I found a great buffalo hide (half) the other day. Excited to make a gift for a friend.
English Bridle, Latigo, and etc are popular choices.

I like the English Bridle for my women, and the Latigo for my razors; the first one's taken care of by SRP's Modular Strop offerings, but not the second. So, I remain patient... but nudgy

    ElDivo,

WRT the ruined panel, could you not give it a good sanding and use it for pastes ?

    Have fun

    Best regards

EB makes an awesome stropping surface, very smooth with light draw. It's my main strop.
