Thread: Strop Question?

Thanks for all the input guys, as usual you have provided me with a wealth of knowledge I couldn't have gotten anywhere else that's allowed me to take the next step. Thinking I'll go with a 3" hanging strop and as best as the budget will allow, thanks again fellas.

Yeah the SRD replaceable strop system is very noob friendly and you know you're getting quality leather.

I went to the local leather shop and requested a piece of 9oz leather 22'' x 3'' and I bought rivits and d-rings and made my own strop. It cost $10 total, you will need a leather conditioner, Meguiars Gold Class Leather Cleaner/Conditioner, is what I use. I've had this strop for 2 yrs and use it everyday. Good luck on the finding the right strop.
