    Sorry, but that just proves your lack of experience with this type of hone. It obviously was lapped with a Norton lapping hone!

    this makes me wish i recorded the day ..( many years ago before i knew a thing about a straight razor other then what it was for ) when my mom had one on the shelf and i asked if i could try to "SHARPEN" it and shave .. she said go ahead !! so into the knife block i went , grabbed the rod and a sharpening i went !! never could get it to shave though ...

    Really don't think the video is worth 3 pages of comments. It's either a troll or the guy is hopelessly lost.
