I'm a Lipshawer as well, love the thing, use it almost daily. I only have one, (I continue to get outbid by Sharptonn and Tarkus LOL) and the black rubberized panel on it is still at about 60%. The leather component was sort of roached out but Sharptonn and Tarkus hooked me up with a Neil Miller leather piece that is awesome. The progressive stropping thing is something I like and would like to incorporate the Lipshaw with in the future, first I need to up my leather component game.

I will continue to sit quietly in my corner with my only one Lipshaw, thinking of it, as I think of my cat, a cherished addition to my family. It is in very decent condition. The rubber side is in good shape and Tom said he can help me replace the leather side (Blessed be the Aquirers of Goods for they Spread their Goods to the Faithful). But I do have to gloat for a micro second. Formerly owned by the Coroner's Office of Detroit I was the only bidder last Christmas morning on eBay and snagged it for the opening bid (all I will say is it was under $100.)

Funny y'all should mention Lipshaw strops, I just bought two the other day. One appears to be leather and the other the diamond pattern, I say appear because I have yet to receive them.

So these Lipshaw strops are worth getting, I take it.

They look pretty neat and I'm sure the are the cat's meow too.

Is it over there or over yonder?
