Default Improving on ferric oxide finish

My razors get the finishing treatment on 2 different balsa strops.
The first is covered with chrom oxide followed by a ferric oxide one.
    HHT is passed with ease.
The edge is almost mirror finish but there are slight scratches visible on a x400 pc microscope.
Is there any oxide that is finer than the .2 micron ferric?
I'm a bit ocd and always think I can improve an insanely sharp edge
    I'm sure you can relate

Lead oxide may get down that low but it's only a guess.

Whipped dog sells some Iron Oxide (FeOx) that is .1 microns. I use it and I can tell you it works and works well.
What a curse be a dull razor; what a prideful comfort a sharp one

my Chrox is 0.3 Micron & my Ferrox is 0.1 Micron also
maybe stop looking with the 400x zoom would help
the scratches are most likely from the lower grits not the Ferrox finish so maybe you need to drop the grit & polish those scratches out if they are that bad ??
my OCD or expectations don't go below my 30x loop, JMHO
    YMMV

    Saved,
    to shave another day.

    I have both. Used both.
If I cant hone it to sharp, I feel like I cheated to get to wire edge sharp.
Iron Ox can work fine. too many laps changes the face feel. I try to calm it down with 2 or 3 laps on my highest grit finisher.
Super sharp that isnt comfortable defeats the reason why I wet shave.
    Things to consider.
Your only as good as your last hone job.
