Just checked out Alastair's webpage after seeing this thread, will be placing an order for one of his starter strops, these seem excellent strops and superb value (being UK based).

Thanked: 1081I find the handles very comfortable to use and mine does not get dirty, I only use with clean hands and when not in use it hangs in my cupboard.
