Default Is my felt strop ruined ?

    Hi
i have an SRD strop with felt, and the felt has got little bumps on it from picking up water droplets, I keep the strop on the inside of my bathroom door.
Is this strop ruined or can I either just ignore the little bumps, shave them flat or .....
    thanks

Are the bumps on the back side? If not, then flip it over.

Can you compress them back down with pressure?

Or knock them back down by stropping a kitchen knife or something not as critical as a straight?

It would seem a felt strop could be washed and began anew? Never had one?
Keeping strops in a humid environment seems harmful?

Scissors or dare I say , A disposable razor , We call them fur balls. Your strop is just fine.
Felt can be washed let it air dry and your good to go.
