    Default Strop woes

I have a Star Shaving English bridle strop with the linen on the back. I want to add a separate linen strop at some point. Anyways, I've noticed, recently, it appears I have more scratches on the edge after stropping than before. The edge doesn't seem to be as keen as before either.

Has anyone experienced anything like this? What can I do to fix this?

When you strop watch your elbow. Be sure and keep it up. If it's kind of down you will hit the edge and abrade it.
