Kremer pigments is based in Germany, they sell online, ship internationally and have distributers world wide (Distributors Worldwide » Shops » Kremer Pigmente GmbH & Co. KG)
Chromium Oxide #44200 is the one you want
    eddy79 and Substance like this.

Humbrol weather powder is what I've been using. It's pigment grade. I'd do a scratch test with it first and make sure you have a decent batch. I've had no problems at all with mine. There is a good chance if it been a re-brand of Kremer.

If you just want the Kremer stuff then this is the link.

You might be able to get free delivery on amazon/ebay.

I mix my powder with a little rubbing alcohol and wipe it on. It sticks better than trying to put it on dry. You could also mix it with a little neatsfoot oil. Most cobblers sell it and it's available on amazon/ebay. It'll condition any leather your using and is generally nice to have handy to pep up strops.
