Thanked: 52I agree with tc I've had trouble with SRD spray bottles with their .5 diamond spray also, I use a different source for the spray bottles I use for the mix of Isopropyl alcohol and Kremer CrOx pigment and have no trouble at all as long as I agitate the solution well first.
I have not used the SRD CrOx spray so I don't no if it differs any in viscosity from the mix that I use.
The alcohol evaporates and leaves the CrOx just where I want it, very accurate distribution IMO. YMMV!

Same problem with the Crox and .25 Diamond spray. I just push down and pull the plunger up a few times. Next time I will get the crayon but have enough for 20 years. lol.

I can't speak for Fran but I do the same thing. I buy Walmart bottles for a buck and fill with iso and then just put in about an 8th of a teaspoon maybe a bit less even. Not much at all. I shake to mix it in before I use it. I have also added just a few drops of mineral oil to the rubbing alcohol to help the CrOx stick but it seems to clog more with the oil and it works well without it so now it is just some rubbing alcohol and a bit of CrOx powder. No problems in the past year or so of using this way.
What a curse be a dull razor; what a prideful comfort a sharp one
