    Default Q: Paddle strop conditioner

I found this at a garage sale. It should yield about a 11x4 paddle strop when mounted.
What would you condition it with, I have Mink Oil, Saddle Soap, Neatsfoot Oil and other
    stuff laying around.
Thanks in advance for your expertise. Freddie
