Thread: Possible Strop Material (Buffalo)

Purchased this buffalo leather as scrap at a bridle shop. Going to make some sort of Strop(s) and hopefully holsters in the future. It has some rough areas, but some pretty long smooth areas too. The back side is pretty smooth too so that would probably good for using with compound.
I might make a fabric strop with denim unless I can find something better.
