    Sorry for late reply.

    Honestly I have been sort of lazy with the strops and just giving the 2 a rub down every other day. Right now I think there is a chance the Pelican strop will be usable but not sure. Cloth doesn't really catch on the blotches but the very top right in the thick of the blotch the leather feels a bit different, but not sure how it will impact stropping. Linen side works great though!

    Cool! That is the way to work with vintage strops. A bit every few days or so. No rush.
    Lots will come around nicely that way!
