Thought i was the only "experienced" stropper that has done that. don't feel as bad now.

I have a couple of nice short bench strops that used to be one longer hanging strop. They are convenient reminders that even a short loss of concentration can have consequences.
I was lucky that I was able to salvage something positive from the event, but I still cringe when I see them.rolodave likes this.David
