    Default Stropping with a Kamisori

So I’ve been around the block a million times, stropping since 2011. But I’m dipping my toes into the Kamisori world.
I’m just wondering if there is any different techniques when stropping a Kamisori that I should be aware of. Or is it the same as a scaled, typical straight razor with rolling with the thumb and index finger?

I have also heard of doing partial stropping for the ura side. Like 10 times on the omote side and 1 time on the ura, 10 on the omote and 1 on the ura like how they are honed. Also 1 to 1/2... so one stroke on the omote and 1/2 a stroke on the ura.

    Kamis are weird world....

The one side will feel odd stropping. Just be careful and do it the same.

Actually the recommended HONE routine matches the asymmetric nature so yes it's a 10 to 1 ratio as has been described above. But as far as stropping goes it's all the same like any other razor.
