Thanked: 0I've got one. It works well, and when I outgrew it, I moved on to a Paladin.
I still use it as a travel strop, and you can't beat it at the price!

Thanked: 45That was my first strop. It's a great beginner strop; I've since moved to 3" strops, but the filly's made to last.

Thanked: 143Great first strop. Works well. Has CrO2 on back for occasional touch up. Cheap so you won't cry when you nick it as you learn your stropping skills. Continues to be useful after you "graduate" to fancier strops -- because of the CrO2 side and because it makes a good travel strop.

Just ordered one today, with the blade...for $60 it's a starter kit that just can't be beat. I'm saving for a few new blades come spring, this should really help my technique. I'm sure you'll enjoy it!
