Default Strop options for Diamond & CrOx

I have curently have a TM latigo, horsehide, linen, and a vintage cordovan strop with diamond embossed leather and am looking for somthing for diamond spray and CrOx. SRD offers there hanging hard wool felt strop with poly webbing with diamond spray for about the same price I could get the modular paddle set. If I was to purchase the .5 diamond spray is there any point in getting .5 CrOx? As of now I feel that my stropping is superior to my honing abilities. Thanks in advance for your advice.

I personally prefer crox to diamond for a touchup, I think it makes a more face friendly edge... however, post honing, i prefer diamond as I feel it makes a sharper edge that will last longer... it's mostly a matter of personal preference, but thats the setup I like best... Also, diamond (.5) on felt, and crox crayon on nylon webbing. thats how I like em. YMMV

    good luck.

    cheers,
    Jeremy
