Keep in mind my opinion is for the $32 price you can find these for all day by just Googling them...
Once you get to $50 and above there are other options available... But at below $40 I haven't found better.. I use mine for coming off the hones, I have better strops for everyday and finishing, but like I say not for under $40...
Plus this gives you a linen component too for that price unlike many of the other low price strops....and you get a handle and Brass hanging hardware with a swivel...

This is the only strop I own but I have used others. The 827 is a very solid strop for the money. The dimensions seem almost perfect: It is fairly long which allows for a smooth stroke and the width fits most of a regular blade in. I also like the fact that the stropping surface is the inner part of the hide, this gives a special feeling. No bells and whistles, only solid performance. I used mine for well over a year without any problems. For $32 it is hard to beat, a lot of bang for the buck.
