my first Red Imp strop I got was a piece of junk. I used some MWF on it and it helped it out tremendously.

The next Red Imp strop I got was in great shape and I did nothing to it. It was well broken in so I consider it better than new.

I refuse to use anything on my new strops that I buy except palm rubbing before I strop.
