I guess I do not understand the concern about the linen. Sure it's not traditional cotton or linen like we're used to, but there's nothing to be afraid of - why would such an accomplished stropmaker sell a product that would damage a razor's edge?

i just like to say the linen would not damage the razor. Its just very coarse and does'nt feel as nice as linen to use, i guess its what i'm use to. i have also found linen to work much better as i have compared both.

Hey Jimmy you have the 90K model? That must be the infant size right? I have the one million model. It's so big and thick my wife uses it as a boa when she goes out on the town.
