    This was my thought. Seller damaged the strop and you are not getting what you originally paid for.

    made a deal with the guy on the TM strop with the crease i keep the strop and he sends me $35 to purchase straight razor design leather strop replacement 3" latigo, its way to hard to give up a tony miller strop even though he said it was not fixable, maybe i will get lucky and catch him at the right time if he ever makes replacements for the 3' latigos so i can buy one. Thanks everybody for your help

    That is an EXCELLENT outcome!

    If you needed it, you really had the seller over the barrel with Tony Miller himself saying " once folded the strop is trashed."

    It's great, and rare, when an eBay seller will fess up and do the right thing. I'm glad you had a good outcome with your strop.
