I agree send it back.
However if your stuck with it and it's severe there's the old but weights on it or use hanging weights and the nuclear option is soak it in water and then let it slowly dry but that method has consequences. No matter how many men you kill you can't kill your successor-Emperor Nero

Thanked: 74Hopefully, you'll be able to get a refund. I hope you haven't left feedback (positive or negative) for this seller yet as that might hamper your chances of getting a positive outcome. If you are stuck with the strop you could try the suggestions made by the previous posters. If those don't work, contact Tony Miller. I believe he has a stock of replacement leathers he holds for previous customers. He might be able to help you out with this.

Send it back to the ebay seller. If he balks at a refund open a Paypal dispute, NOT an ebay one. Ebay will drag it out forever, but the Paypal route settles things more quickly even though they are basically the same company now.
Describe it to Paypal as damaged by how it was packed, not buy the shipper. Once folded the strop is trashed and cannot be fixed correctly. Right now I have no latigo on hand to even make a replacement.
