Thanked: 2027Thank you,I have another in the works and will take pics of the main componants as I go along.
The main issue with making them as I do is everything needs to be done in a precision manner to get all fitted and lined up properly.
It takes me at least two full days to cut, bore, turn and polish the wood componants,Than another day to get all fitted in place, but thats just me.Others I am sure can come up with a more efficiant plan.

Thanked: 2027The opposit end,the coupler allows at least anouther 1.25 in of adjustment to compensate for any leather stretch, which if the tension is removed by slacking off the belt when not in use will never be an issue.

Thanked: 3215I have bought small Dovo/Puma, type 1 inch, loom strops in antique stores and flea markets, for 2-5 dollars. You can take them apart to see how the parts work together, and then scale it to your needs or materials
