Got the one described by specky in the mail today and while not as fancy as the pricier ones it is well worth the money for a beginner. VERY pleased with it. Thanks for the tip. Dave

If you didnt then dont consider it as its almost nothing good about it, and the brand should generally be avoided

Now that you have bought it (and cant get out of the deal) that one looked to actually have a real fabric side and the leather is real so it can be made to work
I wish I would have asked first... This thing is a POS!

Oh well, live and learn... The "fabric" is vinal...!!! The leather is DRY! ...

Maybe, just maybe I can "treat" the leather and make it kind of work...!!!

Those things are so stiff they are not good for anything. I would stay away.

You are CORRECT... I learned the hard way... I'm not even sure the "leather" is leather...

Well after all this conversation & B&B strops...

When I shop at the "Bay" I usually leave feed back... If I don't there is a reason... I was contacted by the seller of the "strop" aka POS and wanted me to leave feed back... So I did...

Basically my quote for my leave back was "They forgot to leave the word "junk" out"...

I just got a message back from them and this is the original quote:

"Dear buyer, I dint expect such a feedback for the item you bought, I sold more than 150 of these strops and none of them was disliked by any customer, If you were not satisfied, you could have filed a return."

    Live and learn I guess....
