    Default my first strop

    hello everybody.
I had the best advices about hones on this forum. Thank you all.
At the moment I use a paddle, but I'm thinking to use a strop.
I've looked around on the Net but I would like your opinion please.
I have a Filarmonica especial para barba dura, Sub cero 14, doble temple 13 a Wade and butcher for barber use, a Dorko and a duddl Duck Goldeadge.
May I use the strop with all of the blades?
And what do you think about the American Made Xtra Wide Mountain Strop with Swivel and Black Handle on the SRD web site?
Thank you very much and Merry Christmas from Switzerland

    Giuseppe,

I use a double sided paddle strop (Mr Neil Millers' Magnetic Modular Aluminium Paddle http://www.strop-shop.co.uk/category..._Strops,b.html ) for all my stropping needs and use it for all of my razors

I have found this strop to be superb in every way

Whilst many prefer the hanging strop, there are a few of us that prefer the paddles !

So have at it with your paddle

The SRD hanging strops are of very high quality, as are those from Mr Neil Miller.

You won't go wrong with any of them

    Have fun !

    Best regards

    Russ
