    Default new strp

    I got a new strop from a barber shop in my town and it has a white side i was just wondering what that side is for.. like how often should i use it

    By white side, do you mean cloth or linen? If so then you use it before you use the leather side. For myself I do 30 strokes on linen and 60 leather. Hope this helps

    You may get a variety of answers for this but the one thing constant is that it is used prior to the leather tho I'm sure some may disagree with that too
