Thanked: 993Homemade Traveller.
I just finished this little one this evening. It's 15 inches long, and the stropping suface is about 12 or so inches. The leather is courtesy of Larry, via his PIF thread a little while ago.
I ordered some Tandy Chicago screws and picked up a few D-rings from a hardware store.
The backing is an SRD Polyweb. I replaced the one on my other strop, so I cut this one to fit. I heated the end and melted the webbing so it wouldn't unravel. Then I took my cigar lighter, heated my nail punch and pierced the three new holes for the chicago screws.
This little guy works like a champ.
