Thread: Can you use paste/spray on webbing?

What, if any paste/spray would you use on the webbing of an SRD Premium 1 strop? Can you use the webbing without paste/sprays?

Yes to both questions, you can use most any paste/ spray you desire but it's best to have one clean fabric component to work with so if you want to use pastes or sprays don't use your first fabric component and if your going to be buying another many people like pressed felt more than webbing for sprays and pastes.

Yup, the webbed fabric is great any way you want to use it. I put crox on the back of it and it works wonderfully for touching up or finishing after honing.
