I have a old leather strop, which is several years kept folded.
The leather is ok, but how do i get these fold out?

Folds like that can be very hard to get out. The usual method is to either hang weights from it for days or even weeks or put it flat with heavy weight on top of it or use a bottle or rolling pin on it. The nuclear option is soak it in water until saturated and then let it dry slowly by itself. The last is a last resort thing which usually works but leaves the strop with stains and it's not the best thing for the leather.

I'm sure others will come along with their favorite methods.
