Default New antique store strop find.

This would be my first strop I have picked up and I think its a good one from the limited amount I read about the brand. It is a Certifyd and It had a leather and canvas composure. I cant make out all of the canvas side i can see the number 32 with the Certifyd trademark and on the top I can see a hand symbol with the words ?_______? Quality Broken In By Hand, and, A 8 Moths Old Finish. Any other info would be great and if you use one let me know how it is as it'll be a bit before I use this one.

Yep, they were a big strop maker. They made for many razor outfits. I have one with the red imp brand it's a number 700. It's the thickest strop I have ever seen.

Nice find! It is always good to see these straight razor shaving items come home for a new lease on life.
