    Default Question on Hard felt

    I have a SRD Modular paddle strop. At which point should the hard felt be replaced? Mine is starting to show some dirt and is looking pretty dingy. Can you wash them???.

    Washing is not recommended. I have been using the same pads for a couple years. I just spray up and down lightly a couple times and then let dry. I can then use it on 12-15 razors. The surface will darken, but is still quite usable.
