    Default Stopping with a diamond paste

    Hello,

    I'm trying to find my way to stropping with a diamond paste. Where do I begin?

    I not even know what I'm looking for.

    0.25? 0.5? 1.0? or 2.0? How do I decide which one?

    And also, what is better? Paste or spray?
    Please somebody help me!!!!!
