Thread: Well, I wanted a loom strop.

So I made one to my specs,Found a source for 2x48 continuous tanned and finished steerhide,(they also carry 72 in.) are for some sort of Knife sharpening machine.
Wanted it 24 long so this worked perfect,one side I will paste with Crox,the other.who knows,maybe just use it as a strop,is not for travel,stays in the shop.
All the fittings are real lignum Vitae (scrap) central threaded shaft,two guide bars.
Was actually quite alot of work but a good time had by all
