Thread: Star Shaving Supplies?

Is this a reputable dealer? I have sent 3 emails and called them 3 times about the strop I ordered there. Never responded to any of them. I paid for my strop with 2 day shipping. It has been a week and a half and I haven't received it, and haven't gotten the shipping confirmation that was supposed to be sent. Any information regarding this company would be appreciated!

They are normally really good I have ordered multiple items from them but I am having the same issue with an order I placed.

Only ordered from them once. I didn't have any issues. Perhaps they are away due to personal issues? They might be a one or two person operation, and sometimes life throws a curve ball.

Oh yeah I didn't even think of that. If anything happened to them, sure hope they recover well!

Yeah I know it is mostly a one person outfit with some family help. So I am assuming something came up. Ron over there is a good guy.

Gentlemen, wild conjecture and and guesses really don't tell help..

I am closing the thread as one, we don't know and two, They are not an SRP vendor so we will never hear from them so anything we hear is just hearsay
