    Default Restoring a few strops..

    I have several full sized strops I plan to restore, and I actually plan on making my own travel strop new, so I need a fair amount of leather. I understand no one will really know the exact quality of this piece. But they mention using it on strops.

    For about $35 shipped, is this at least a fair deal? or is this way out of line? Or anyone have a better suggestion. I just want the leather to be better than leather I can buy at hobby lobby. Which in my crappy town is my only source other than WWW.

    Thats way overpriced for tooling leather,try tandys,may be one near you or online.
