When Neil gets more of the horsehide I'm in for a 2 1/2 wide with the natural linen and the snakeskin trim. Looking forward to add it to the arsenal and your work of art only heightens my desire. Enjoy your strop.

Thats a damn fine looking strop. Finely crafted as all Neils work I've seen. Enjoy!

Beautiful workmanship. I have to stop thinking about it and contact Neil about one of his strops. I prefer a light draw, so perhaps I'll have to see if and when he has horsehide available. After you've used the strop for a while your comments on it's draw would be appreciated. Neil's website says his English Bridle is treated with less oil and wax, so it has less draw than the typical English Bridle.

If you like less draw, ask Neil about his European tallow-tanned. Great Leather!

That's one beautiful strop you have there, Luis. Neil is a great guy to do business with...always had excellent service from him. English craftmanship at its best is what you have now in your hands.

I'm just a little late to this thread. Trying to catch up on my straight razor shaving. I took a 20-year sabbatical from straights, but I'm back.

This is a beautiful strop and I read nothing but great things about Neil. Does anyone know the total length of this strop?

It's probably best to look at his site - it's called The Strop Shop.
