Quick chrome ox question
Ok so if I taped my razor when it was honed do I tape when using chrome ox or no? And yes I do have different strops between my regualr and chrom ox stop and I clean the blade off between so I do not cross contaminate. Just curious if this have any effect on the bevel or if it doesn't matter.

Strops are pliant enough so that it doesn't matter..
Even a Balsa strop has enough giveearcutter and brooksie967 like this.

Ha believe it or not I did look but there are so many posts about tape/ strop/ CrOx that digging through them became prohibitive so I just bit the bullet.
