Thanked: 0What Strop to get?
I need a strop! I have been using newspaper as I saw on youtube. haha
I don't want to buy a few junks strops. I want to buy one and be done with it. I looked on ebay and did not see anything good.
Can someone recommend one for me?
I travel alot so a smaller one might be nice.

What Strop to get?
That's a debatable issue. Some people say yes some say no. It really is a personal choice.

Even though you said otherwise, I'm going to suggest an inexpensive strop to start out. You're going to nick the first one to pieces anyway and a small travel size would be fairly cheap even for one of good quality.
A paddle strop might be a good choice.

An Illinois 827. It's a great strop and should last you a lifetime. Check them out at Amazon or Classic Shaving.
