Default Looking for some info on a Wade & Butcher "arrow" strop (pics)

Hi all. I've been trying to find some info on this strop that I picked up. I got it in a package deal on ebay that came with some safety razors and a few other things. I cant seem to find anything online about any strops that are branded with W&B. It's not really in usable condition, but I love it as a display piece. Any help very is much appreciated.

That is a cool strop. Never saw one with the W&B marque before. The first thing that pops into my head is the "Special" and Arrow printed on it. I am not sure but I think the 'Special' often seen on one model of their razors, was a 20th century logo, but I may be wrong. Anyway, chances are they subbed out the contract to a sure enough strop maker and had their logo installed on it since, AFAIK, they only made cutlery. Cool item though. One of our historian members may be able to shed more light on it with some printed matter from that time period ..... if we're lucky.
