    Default Heirloom Strop arrived!

And what a thing! It is officially the greatest "shaving thing" I own! It looks and feels like it will be around long after I am gone. Not only is it a thing of beauty, but after using it to strop my razor (30 canvas 30 leather) I got the smoothest shave I've ever had. My vintage Anton Wingen, Jr. OTHELLO really liked the strop. I had been using both the "beginner" strop from The Whipped Dog (which I liked a lot) and a Fromm leather/linen combo which I liked the least, but mostly because I nicked the hell out of it. If you're thinking about it, don't wait! It's money well spent!
