Lovely razor and nice scales - looks like some sort of wading bird in flight.
I've seen a few different scales on vintage le grelots including the ones with the silver metal bell motif, but not a pair like this. Mind you, I'm no expert on Le Grelot1

the ebay description was in french so when i pasted it into google translator it said the bird was a red cabbage.
i thought it was a stalk myself.
After a quick trawl of the net, it appears that the razors were made for french cutlers J. Barghon, based in Lyon. There are several similar Grelots, all in the same scales. The french term for a straight razor is 'coupe chou' which literally translates as 'cabbage cutter'
