I would not worry just yet. I have sent and received boxes of cigars from London over the years that sometimes take 3+ weeks to be delivered.

It can be a waiting game because things get held up in customs,Item I ordered from england two weeks ago has been in new york customs for a week maybe it works the same both ways.

As everyone else has said, customs can and often times is a real pain. I ordered a print rolled up in a regular cardboard tube from London on April 22nd. A bunch of the same prints/tubes shipped out with mine. I just got mine yesterday while everyone else state side got theirs over a week ago. Just sit tight for a time and it will show up.

Why not contact the vendor for the tracking information?

The actual mailing time (unless you use fedex or UPS) is at least 10 days to 2 weeks and then Her Majesty's Customs service is well known to drag their feet while they decide how much to soak you for.

some people are incredably lucky, fingers crossed. none of my parcels have been stopped yet.

the problem is if they get stopped royal mail etc charge you an admin fee as well for doing there blooding job as well as customs fee's not including based on value of item.

(charges on items over £15 or £20 i think i can't remember which)
