    The sound of that blade grinding on the stone hurt my ears. I don’t get that even when I’m resetting a bevel on a coarse diamond plate. He must have been exerting a lot of pressure.

    I’m surprised he didn’t show how sharp it was by slicing a sheet of paper.

    I don’t doubt the blade was sharp. I do doubt how comfortable an edge it had.


    He was smart not to try to demonstrate how well it shaved after his ham handed honing. There could have been a lot of blood.

    And boys, that’s why 3m will never go out of business. Makes more sense why so many vintage razors look the way they do.
