He wants to shave while parachuting or in a helicopter? What could possibly go wrong? These are extremely horrible ideas, but I'm sure someone out there will try them. Especially parachuting... first of all, how incredibly hard might it be to hold something like a razor in your hand while falling from the sky at 120 mph?
