    Default Blade forger Sheffield

Interesting video featuring Albert Craven a blade forger from Sheffield, showing his craft.

Wow! It's amazing that he is still doing this after 72 years. I think he said he was trained by the company Joseph Rodgers. A true craftsman!

It was in original condition, faded red, well-worn, but nice.
This was and still is my favorite combination; beautiful, original, and worn.

Very interesting video of a Art that's almost lost except for a few Artisan knife makers.

LOL! When I first read the title -- "Blade Forger Sheffield", I was certain it was a warning about someone making imitation Sheffield blades... "knock-offs". What a pleasant surprise!

While we forage for his forgings. That would be a cool Custom User Title... "Forages for Forgings" (but I'll stick with the one I've got)
